THZ is a UK-based business. These terms are governed by English law.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Product images are for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration.

We take reasonable steps to ensure product descriptions are accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example if stock is unavailable after purchase.

Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards.

Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

We currently ship to UK addresses only. Orders are dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Free standard shipping is available on orders over £80.00. Standard shipping is £4.99.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Request a prepaid Royal Mail return label or QR code via email.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached.

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receiving the return.

Discount codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. They have no cash value and cannot be applied to previous orders.

We reserve the right to deactivate codes at any time.

All content on this website, including the THZ logo, product photography, copy, and design, is owned by THZ and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THZ is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
